Overview

The Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation is a non-profit corporation as established in accordance with the Texas Development Corporation Act of 1979, codified by Section 13 of Article 5190.6 of the Texas Revised Civil Statutes the bylaws were adopted on February 24, 1991. The board’s purpose is to purchase land, buildings and equipment and providing incentives to the local industries.
